Ireland day 4

We spent the day on Tramore beach - we had a very nice walk -4 km each way- along the sandy beach and the dunes of the area - really spectacular!
we reached Tramore by bus and got us some food from a local shop to eat on the way. although Tramore is quite a tourist resort, further along the beach it feels like a different world - just you, a few birds, the sand and the sea. we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the weather was really nice and warm. we met up with Vanessa in the afternoon for a cuppa and had a nice chat, as usual.
it's good to stay at someone's when you travel around - first, because you get the real inside look on how people live and also because you get to know your friends really well. it's a nice way to see different parts of the world spending little and a good excuse to have people around when they come over and you can exchange the favour.
